CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY
At Brightside Cycle, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our spin classes. One of our top priorities as your Spin Instructors is to keep you committed to your goals and staying on track with your health and fitness. To make sure we can accomodate everyone who has memberships and packages and newcomers alike, please be courteous to your fellow riders and refrain from late cancelling/no-showing classes.
Now you made a reservation for a class but something comes up and you can’t make it. What should you do?
We get it, things come up, you don’t feel well, or your kids wake up sick; life happens. Cancel your reservation immediately by logging into brightsidecycle.com and view your upcoming reservation.
If you need assistance on understanding how to cancel a class, please let us help and show you. We are here to help and want you to feel as comfortable with our cancellation process as possible.
Please cancel reservations at least 2 hours of a class’s start time- this is the cutoff window for all classes EXCEPT for 6:00AM. Early morning classes require a 8 hour window. This ensures that someone can experience the great workout you’ll be missing. IF you fail to cancel a reservation and/or do not make it to class and are scheduled for that class, you will automatically be charged a $10.00 “No show/Late Cancellation”fee. (If there should be a sudden emergency within the 2 hour window (or 8 hours for 6AM), please contact us directly @ admin@brightsidecycle.com.)
